Yes, we are tours 7 days a week. It is recommend to come during the week. We can accommodate later appointments in the evening as well. Weekend appointments are extremely limited, as we are hosting our private events at that time.

All deposits are non refundable. Clients will be responsible for the full amount as per their contract. In the event that Waterside must close, due to a state of emergency, you event will be moved to the next available date.

You may bring in any type of décor you would like. If you are having a decorator, they must have insurance. If you, your self are providing décor, in the case of any damage, you will be responsible.

To book the date, a first deposit as well as a signed contract is needed. The amount of the deposit varies based on the type of event.

Waterside provides all food and beverage. Waterside also provides all tables, chairs, table linens, flat ware, glass ware, lighting and lounge furniture.

We do allow vendors to access the room at least 2 hours before the event. In the case that there is no event prior to your event, vendors can access the room earlier. Guests are not allowed into the room, until start time of the event. Should guests arrive early, they are welcome to stay on our first floor.
