Yes, in certain situations, for example religious. Rates do change based on the event, and catering need.
All alcohol must be purchased soley through Waterside Restaurant and Catering. No outside liquor is allowed.
All deposits are non refundable.
Clients will be responsible for the full amount as per their contract.
In the event that Waterside must close, due to a state of emergency, you event will be moved to the next available date.
You may bring in any type of décor you would like. If you are having a decorator, they must have insurance. If you, your self are providing décor, in the case of any damage, you will be responsible.
Yes, we are tours 7 days a week. It is recommend to come during the week. We can accommodate later appointments in the evening as well. Weekend appointments are extremely limited, as we are hosting our private events at that time.
Waterside provides all food and beverage. Waterside also provides all tables, chairs, table linens, flat ware, glass ware, lighting and lounge furniture.
Yes
To book the date, a first deposit as well as a signed contract is needed. The amount of the deposit varies based on the type of event
Yes, candles are allowed
Ocean Room – 40 guests
River Room – 75 guests
Second Floor- Seated with dance floor 135, Cocktail style 225
Third Floor – Seated with dance floor 225. With out dance floor 250
We do allow vendors to access the room at least 2 hours before the event. In the case that there is no event prior to your event, vendors can access the room earlier.
Guests are not allowed into the room, until start time of the event. Should guests arrive early, they are welcome to stay on our first floor.
